Here are some of my latest projects:
Jernigan Heights is scheduled for Platting approval this month with construction for infrastructure to start in December. Jernigan Heights is a ten lot commercial subdivision with retail along the FM 407 frontage, and office/retail across the rear of the project, which is contiguous with “The Woods of Chinn Chapel”, a 94 lot residential subdivision and the new soccer fields. All five frontage lots are currently under contract awaiting final platting and development for infrastructure before each individual building kick’s off construction.
3424 Long Prairie Rd. is an 8,500 sq. ft. project which has the following Tenant’s finishing out their interior to take occupancy, Fidelity National Title, Lewisville Obstetrics and Gynecology, and MD Pediatrics. This building is now 100 % occupied.
Waketon Ranch was closed by me and a local investor group on October 13th, 2006 for this six lot commercial subdivision located immediately next to the new JC Penny’s Belk’s and Dick’s Sporting Goods. We are currently fielding Retail offers for several restaurants and retail/office user’s.
Firewheel Village is a 7.5 acre retail/office development located at the intersection of FM 2499 & Firewheel. It is currently in the process for a Master Plan Change and Develpoment/Site plan approval. Firewheel Village will contain eight buildings with over 90,000 sq. ft of Retail/Office use. It will bring together the first development in Flower Mound with Tuscan style architecture and as close to a class A office building as I have ever seen.
The construction for Yucca Office Park Phase One at the future corner of Yucca and Churchill Drive is just now complete and a C/O has been issued. This will be one of probably ten to twelve office buildings finalizing the JL Allison Platt, one of the oldest and most difficult areas in town to develop. These office buildings will face primarily Yucca Drive with one or two having dual fronts to both FM 2499 & Yucca.
You probably know about my other projects Target, Lowes etc… I am currently on my 42nd development in Flower Mound. I’m proud of all of them and can’t wait to start my 43rd!
